My Journey: Building a Sustainable Practice

When I started my Practice nearly a decade ago, I believed passion alone was enough. I quickly learned that working from the heart without boundaries leads to exhaustion, any service we provide without being supported by systems quickly leads to overwhelm and, any deep devotion we hold without energetic literacy leads to depletion.

Years of mastery of study, self-inquiry and the deep wisdom of Ayurveda taught me to align my business structure with my energy; to protect my Ojas and maintain steady nervous system regulation to ensure I CAN serve the mothers who have just birthed, fully and without losing myself.

Now, I teach these principles in Business Energetics to ensure other Practitioners avoid the long learning curve and mistakes I may have made - to lead with strength right from the beginning and ensure their service stays true to their dharmic path ~ serving Mamas in Birth.
