ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Heyy! I'm Kristy, a certified Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner and Postpartum AyurDoula. For over 25 years I have walked the path of mama-hood and for over a decade, I have supported new mothers, families and communities by weaving Ayurveda into everyday postpartum life with traditional Ayurvedic care.
I created the Ayurvedic Meal Train as a way of restoring this ancient practice - so that no Mama heals or celebrates birth alone. These recipes, rituals and templates are born from tradition, experience and a deep reverence for postpartum, so that you too can nourish with confidence knowledge, love and grace.
