Kristy Parish is the Business Founder & Program Director at Hindi Belle Sutras. She is also the mastermind creator behind Business Energetics for Sacred Practice.
Beginning her career in the Executive Corporate space, she has since spent well over the past decade supporting women through pregnancy, birth & postpartum, whilst facilitating deep personal transformation through Ayurvedic wisdom, holistic care, and conscious education for her clients, graduates & students.
Like many women running small businesses, she established her successful Ayurvedic Clinical Practice through lived experience.
Through seasons of over-giving. Through undercharging. Through emotional burnout. Through rebuilding with intention.
This body of sacred work was born from those experiences & refinement.
